Jörn Kengelbach
Since 2017, the trained architect Jörn Kengelbach successfully leads Germany’s oldest living and interior journal “Architektur und Wohnen” at the publishing house “Jahreszeiten” in Hamburg successfully. Besides this editorship, he leads the international luxury magazine “Robb Report” for Germany, Austria and Switzerland in the same publishing house. He wrote for the men’s magazine “GQ” from 2002 to 2012, recently as head of department for technology, design, motor, architecture and watches. In this function, he was also responsible for the special edition “GQ Cars” and the annual watch special. After the foundation of the men’s magazine “Manual” for the publishing house “Gruner + Jahr Corporate Editors”, Kengelbach worked as a watch expert for the Perman papers “WELT” and “Welt am Sonntag” as well as for the related luxury supplement “ICON” and the business magazine “Bilanz”.
