With hyperscale computer-aided drug screening abilities, the platform can perform homology modelling of the protein structure for all target proteins of a virus, molecular dynamics simulation and computer-aided molecular docking of billions of small-molecule compounds. Thanks to this technology and the simulations, a large number of measurements and scenarios can be carried out in less time in the event of a pandemic such as COVID-19, which effectively provides information and helps researchers, for example, in narrowing the scope of drug screening in the development of anti-epidemic drugs.
